Out Sauce is a paraplanning services business. We work with senior AU-based paraplanners to deliver SOAs and review documents for advice firms. Long-term contracts, Xplan-first, advice-grade output.

FOR PARAPLANNERS
If you're a paraplanner
- Senior, AU-based, Xplan-confident. We're not a fit for juniors or for paraplanners outside Australia.
- Long-term contract work with consistent firms, not one-off jobs.
- Minimum cadence: at least 3 SOAs per week, completed within 5 business days, with 24-hour acknowledgement.
- Every new paraplanner completes a paid simulated SOA production exercise before onboarding.
- You run your own workflow independently. Like a business, not an employee.
FOR ADVICE FIRMS
If you're an advice firm
- We work best with firms that have steady, predictable paraplanning volume, not occasional overflow.
- We require a dedicated user login per paraplanner in your planning software. Shared logins are not workable.
- Xplan is our core software. We're happy to talk through other stacks but Xplan is where we add most value.
- We log every enquiry and review by hand. Expect a real conversation, not a sales funnel.
